...made some progress with my sweater. Unfortunately, I had to turn my attention towards other matters, thus neglecting my project that I'm looking forward to seeing my daughter wearing. However, I'm back to knitting and this evening I finally put some work in. I actually had to start completely over because I realized that I had cast on too few stitches. Aaaarrrggg!!! Anywhoo, I'll save the shaping for tomorrow and if all goes as planned, this project should be a wrap by the end of the week. :)

I have got to get back to my knitting machines. I have a few ideas in mind but have yet to do anything about it. Maybe see yours will inspire me??
Don't you hate that, starting over, but at least you are knitting as my needles collect more dust.
It looks great thus far!
Just a note to say how much I love your videos and blog--thanks for the info and inspiration! From one busy mom to another, I'm grateful.
Oh, and looking at those "candid" pics of you from an older post, honey, you are simply beautiful au naturel!
Anyway, you seem to keep up with the trends more than I, so it's nice to drop in and see what's going on. Happy crafting!
It's not too often that I see someone knitting in black. My DD desperately wants me to knit in black for her. Having seen your sweater here, and how good it looks, I might just give it a try!
KMQ-Yes you do! It's always fun having fellow MKnitters in the mix.
Sheila-Yes I do Sheila, but at least I had only gotten the ribbing done. But still...I called it a night. It just drained me of all knitting enthusiasm for the night.
Hydra-Star-Thank you!
Weavrmom-Thank you for all your really wonderful compliments. I really do appreciate them! Also, you're quite welcome! I love being a creative inspiration. All of you guys comments are inspiration for me! ;)
Jemajo-This is my first black piece; if you can believe that! I haven't noticed that there aren't as many black items knitted/crocheted. Hmmm...interesting.
